Nothing but exceptional service from this crew. Emails and phone calls always attended to quickly and it really is service with a smile (even when dealing with some unpleasant issues). They have helped us out with smaller issues as well as bigger drain blockage issues. A great team all around.

A very positive experience. When I had some plumbing issues fixed, I experienced some new plumbing problems. The company fit me in at short notice, sent someone to check that everything was working correctly and did not charge me any extra.They went the extra mile for me and I greatly appreciated it.

We were recommended to use Lazer Plumbing by our handyman for an urgent job. They responded quickly and was able to send a great plumber on the same day. The plumber fixed the problem and found another fault while testing the whole system to check for other issues. Outstanding service all round.

My toilet was dripping so I got a $800 quote to fix my toilet by Plumbquick , it was even suggested by them that I needed a new $1000 toilet and the toilet was only five years old! I was totally unhappy with this so I contacted Laser plumbing and Geoffery literally fixed the problem in 5 mins. I only needed a new washer and at a quarter of the price! I would use them again without a doubt!

Even with it being so close to Xmas They were quick to organise someone to do the leak detection and then have a plumber come and do the repair. Liam explained the leak and repair and left the site clean and tidy. Thanks team, highly recommend.

5 * for the prompt, efficient, tidy and friendly service to unblock our insinkerator. Phone answered promptly and Karen arranged a suitable time and the plumber arrived as scheduled, fixed the problem and cleaned up any mess, kept me informed and was very courteous and professional.

I had a leaking pipe in the ceiling that needed an urgent fix, and of all the plumbers I called, only Laser could come out same day. Christian arrived within a couple of hours, he was fabulous and quickly and professionally fixed the leak by replacing some old pipes. First class service from start to finish. Bryce and the Laser Plumbing team are legends. I called them on a Sunday because a pipe burst and one of the bedrooms flooded. Bryce showed up super fast, explained everything so I knew what was going on, and got the problem sorted in no time. Couldn’t ask for better service!

Absolutely fantastic service. Had trouble finding a plumber to come this morning but thank goodness for Laser Plumbing East Tamaki. Spoke to lovely Karen and managed to book Christian who was also able to come earlier, and fixed the cylinder valves and valve vent in 2 hours. I'll definitely be using their services from now on. We used Laser Plumbing ET to do a replacement hot water cylinder and system, job completed with good planning and explaination on how the refit would work and what was to be done. Great team, worked well and respectfully with a strong committment to doing a quality job, well done and would recommend to others.

My stupidity resulted in a broken watermains pipe. Called Laser Plumbing and they arrived within 30 mins which I was pleasantly surprised. Pipe was dug up, shut off and repaired quickly. Some handy recommendations given and we are back up and running. Brilliant service !!!

Had a leaking connection to the Rheem Water Cylinder. Got fantastic service, Christian arrived on time, replaced the unit, all done in 10 mins! Wouldn't hesitate in recommending Laser Plumbing, they confirmed everything by email, faultless job & firm to deal with Photo 1 is before & Photo 2 after.
