Commercial Maintenance and Servicing

Absolutely fantastic service provided by Laser Plumbing. Leak on property fixed speedily. Excellent service and I would particularly like to mention Karen and Jeff whose efforts have been commendable !Extremely pleased and will not hesitate to use their services again if and when required.

My toilet was dripping so I got a $800 quote to fix my toilet by Plumbquick , it was even suggested by them that I needed a new $1000 toilet and the toilet was only five years old! I was totally unhappy with this so I contacted Laser plumbing and Geoffery literally fixed the problem in 5 mins. I only needed a new washer and at a quarter of the price! I would use them again without a doubt!

Russell provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was professional, took the time to explain everything clearly and completed the work efficiently. I highly recommend Russell to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled gas fitter. Thank you for the excellent service!

Excellent service. The work was done same day. I requested for an unblock, and CCTV service and it was both transparently done. The two technicians were very friendly and helpful with my many questions. The cost is well worth it. I was able to take photos for my own record as well.

Jeff from Laser Plumbing East Tamaki was professional, punctual and very easy to deal with. He explained the issue clearly and completed the work efficiently and to a high standard. Everything was left clean and tidy. A reliable and hassle-free experience. I’d definitely use their service again 😊

A massive Thank you to Karen for her amazing customer service skills by ensuring our plumbing needs were met by sending their plumbers Josh, Logan and Bryce. I will def be contacting them again when plumbing issues come to light in the future. Thank you Team, another satisfied customer.

Even with it being so close to Xmas They were quick to organise someone to do the leak detection and then have a plumber come and do the repair. Liam explained the leak and repair and left the site clean and tidy. Thanks team, highly recommend.

I had an emergency leak with water flowing at over 400L/hr. Laser were there with half an hour, and fixed the problem lickety split. Really impressed with their responsiveness and and professionalism in what was a very stressful situation. Thanks Laser Plumbing East Tamaki.

Nothing but exceptional service from this crew. Emails and phone calls always attended to quickly and it really is service with a smile (even when dealing with some unpleasant issues). They have helped us out with smaller issues as well as bigger drain blockage issues. A great team all around.

Extremely efficient service from my first phone call. Excellent service from Liam…so helpful to help me fix my problem with hot water cylinder. He went the extra mile to help me make contact with an electrician with Laser Electrical. Very satisfied customer and shall use again and refer to my friends.

Thank you to Jaycob and team; excellent job done. Original quote to remove gas connected wall heater; response was quick, and job able to be completed within a day of confirming. Was able to discuss other plumbing concern, with a solution and quote provided, again in timely manner. Highly recommend

I had a leaking pipe in the ceiling that needed an urgent fix, and of all the plumbers I called, only Laser could come out same day. Christian arrived within a couple of hours, he was fabulous and quickly and professionally fixed the leak by replacing some old pipes. First class service from start to finish. Will definitely be using Laser Plumbing again.

Laser Plumbing East Tamaki are a delight to deal with. The office person Michelle was very efficient and knowledgeable. Liam who did the job had great communication skills and promptly fixed the problems. I will definitely be using Laser Plumbing East Tamaki again.

Bryce was amazing. We were in a desperate situation with a sewage overflow. When contacted he said he would be there in 20mins which he was, and then had the problem sorted very quickly. His manner was most attentive an reassuring which was greatly appreciated under the stressful and uncertain situation that we were in.

This is great first time I have used Laser plumbing. I only had a minor job to be done but was very impressed with their service and promptness. Cost was very reasonable. Would certainly continue to use them in the future.

Highly recommended! Had a badly clogged sink and was fixed quicker than expected. Seamless process from inquiry to being called to rates info to scheduling to resolving the issue up until payment. They were professional and respectful of our place. Will definitely get them again if I experience another plumbing issue.

Massive thanks to the Laser team, Michelle and Karen in the office - awesome communication and patience with me, Mia our Plumber doing a stand up job well into after hours and Jaycob the Team manager coming in at the final hour with a invoice second to none ! Legend....We appreciate you guys and look forward to future work... be it an emergency or a tap change we'll contact first and always !!

My experience with Laser Plumber was second to none. I had been quoted over $2k to replace my cistern by another plumbing outfit who said the parts were no longer available. Jaycob sourced the parts, organized the install, and even organized the return of unused parts. The job ended up costing less the $300. Laser Plumbing, and in particular Jaycob provided exceptional service. I will be using you guys going forward. Cheers, Paul

A very positive experience. When I had some plumbing issues fixed, I experienced some new plumbing problems. The company fit me in at short notice, sent someone to check that everything was working correctly and did not charge me any extra. They went the extra mile for me and I greatly appreciated it.

Bryce and the Laser Plumbing team are legends. I called them on a Sunday because a pipe burst and one of the bedrooms flooded. Bryce showed up super fast, explained everything so I knew what was going on, and got the problem sorted in no time. Couldn’t ask for better service!

Had a leaking connection to the Rheem Water Cylinder. Got fantastic service, Christian arrived on time, replaced the unit, all done in 10 mins! Wouldn't hesitate in recommending Laser Plumbing, they confirmed everything by email, faultless job & firm to deal with Photo 1 is before & Photo 2 after. It was the bright blue unit replaced, middle of the 3 connections! Regards Hope Smith

Great service from the go.Michelle was informative and pleasant to deal with, she booked us in and gave us the plumbers name. Russell turned up within the allocated time frame and did a great job. It wasn't a huge repair but he was efficient, tidy and even had a bit of cement to finish off the job. Always great when trades people show up on time or call ahead if running late....
