My experience with Laser Plumber was second to none. I had been quoted over $2k to replace my cistern by another plumbing outfit who said the parts were no longer available. Jaycob sourced the parts, organized the install, and even organized the return of unused parts. The job ended up costing less the $300. Excellent service from Laser Plumbing East Tamaki. I had no hot water due to a failed continuous flow water heater. No one else I called were able to help for several days, but Laser were able to take the job and complete the installation within 4 hours of my first phone call. Very impressed with their work to make this happen.

Karen who took my booking over the phone was great she knew what I needed for the repair and was able to give me a quote. Our plumber was Josh T who did an awesome job and was very helpful and friendly. Great all round job.

Excellent service. The work was done same day. I requested for an unblock, and CCTV service and it was both transparently done. The two technicians were very friendly and helpful with my many questions. The cost is well worth it. I was able to take photos for my own record as well.

5 * for the prompt, efficient, tidy and friendly service to unblock our insinkerator. Phone answered promptly and Karen arranged a suitable time and the plumber arrived as scheduled, fixed the problem and cleaned up any mess, kept me informed and was very courteous and professional.

Bryce and the Laser Plumbing team are legends. I called them on a Sunday because a pipe burst and one of the bedrooms flooded. Bryce showed up super fast, explained everything so I knew what was going on, and got the problem sorted in no time. Couldn’t ask for better service!

We were recommended to use Lazer Plumbing by our handyman for an urgent job. They responded quickly and was able to send a great plumber on the same day. The plumber fixed the problem and found another fault while testing the whole system to check for other issues. Outstanding service all round.

We used Laser Plumbing ET to do a replacement hot water cylinder and system, job completed with good planning and explaination on how the refit would work and what was to be done. Great team, worked well and respectfully with a strong committment to doing a quality job, well done and would recommend to others.

Jaycob and the team at Laser responded quickly to our failed hot water cylinder. Sent Liam round very quickly, he assessed the situation and organised a quote for replacement. Christian and Bryce came in the next day and installed the new cylinder. They did a wonderful job and the new system works perfectly. Highly recommend this company.

Laser Plumbing always do an excellent job for us and provide exceptional customer service. I was kept informed all the way of what was happening with the installations, and they were always there when they said they would be. Jaycob was awesome to deal with, and nothing was too much trouble. A real pleasure to work with such a conscientious team.

My stupidity resulted in a broken watermains pipe. Called Laser Plumbing and they arrived within 30 mins which I was pleasantly surprised. Pipe was dug up, shut off and repaired quickly. Some handy recommendations given and we are back up and running. Brilliant service !!!

My toilet was dripping so I got a $800 quote to fix my toilet by Plumbquick , it was even suggested by them that I needed a new $1000 toilet and the toilet was only five years old! I was totally unhappy with this so I contacted Laser plumbing and Geoffery literally fixed the problem in 5 mins. I only needed a new washer and at a quarter of the price! I would use them again without a doubt!

Had a leaking connection to the Rheem Water Cylinder. Got fantastic service, Christian arrived on time, replaced the unit, all done in 10 mins! Thank you to Jaycob and team; excellent job done. Original quote to remove gas connected wall heater; response was quick, and job able to be completed within a day of confirming. Was able to discuss other plumbing concern, with a solution and quote provided, again in timely manner. Highly recommend

Absolutely fantastic service. Had trouble finding a plumber to come this morning but thank goodness for Laser Plumbing East Tamaki. Spoke to lovely Karen and managed to book Christian who was also able to come earlier, and fixed the cylinder valves and valve vent in 2 hours. I'll definitely be using their services from now on.
