Our Customers

Laser Plumbing always do an excellent job for us and provide exceptional customer service. I was kept informed all the way of what was happening with the installations, and they were always there when they said they would be. Jaycob was awesome to deal with, and nothing was too much trouble. A real pleasure to work with such a conscientious team.

Really happy with the fast and friendly service. Double check everything and asked if there was any other issues wanted look at. Made the drama bearable. Thanks Laser plumbing. You are my go to when plumbing goes wrong.

Very easy to communicate with and provided excellent service. I would highly recommend using them.

Karen who took my booking over the phone was great she knew what I needed for the repair and was able to give me a quote. Our plumber was Josh T who did an awesome job and was very helpful and friendly. Great all round job.

Over the last 5 years we have used 3 different plumbers for different jobs. Laser did the last job which was a major changing from gas to electric including the hot water cylinder. The were quick to visit to quote, which was within budget, the were able to perform the work within a week and even thought it poured with rain the guy continued installing the cylinder outside. They also arranged an electrician to do the work who was also to helpful he did some extra jobs for us and hus after service was great. When the sink leaked last week Laser was the first to come to my mind and they came when they said they would, fixed the problem as well as replacing a flexible pipe to fixed pipe. Great service and printing.

From the beginning, your professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail stood out, thank you Jaycob, we could not have asked for a better person/company undertaking the work. From our initial contacts with you, your simple down to earth approach, through our meetings via phone calls, emails in our advanced planning were exceptional. I could most graciously call you, text and email you without appointments goes a million miles. You always exceeded my expectations to accommodate my inquiries. Job well done team and on time.

Absolutely fantastic service. Had trouble finding a plumber to come this morning but thank goodness for Laser Plumbing East Tamaki. Spoke to lovely Karen and managed to book Christian who was also able to come earlier, and fixed the cylinder valves and valve vent in 2 hours. I'll definitely be using their services from now on. Highly recommend! Thank you!

A few days ago, I experienced a water leak issue in my backyard, but I couldn't find the source. After being introduced to Laser Plumbing by a friend, I decided to give them a try. On the first day, their staff member Brad came to my house for an assessment. The next day, they sent a Leak Inspection Team to locate the source of the leak, which they identified very quickly. On the third day, another team arrived to carry out the repair work. The entire process was incredibly smooth and efficient. From detecting the leak to completing the repair, it all happened in a very short amount of time. Their service was extremely professional and impressively quick. I highly recommend Laser Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Highly recommend the team at Laser Plumbing. Big shout out to Mia, Ashten and Bryce!
