When I burst a water mains line by mistake, Laser plumbing talked me through turning off the water supply.And came by the next day to fix it efficiently.

I had a leaking pipe in the ceiling that needed an urgent fix, and of all the plumbers I called, only Laser could come out same day. Christian arrived within a couple of hours, he was fabulous and quickly and professionally fixed the leak by replacing some old pipes. First class service from start to finish. Will definitely be using Laser Plumbing again.

We used Laser Plumbing ET to do a replacement hot water cylinder and system, job completed with good planning and explaination on how the refit would work and what was to be done. We had to call a plumber after 3am due to an urgent issue, and the service from Lazer Plumbing was excellent. They actually answered the phone straight away, confirmed the details by text, and arrived exactly at the time they said they would. We recently had Laser Plumbing East Tamaki handle the water main connection work for our relocated water meter, and I’m really pleased with how it all went. Great service. Made a booking through the website and they phoned back the same day to confirm day and time. Plumber (Johnathan) arrived at the stipulated time, very friendly and professional. Fixed the problem and left the area tidy. I’ll definitely use Laser Plumbing again.

I’m singing the praises of Laser Plumbing once again after tipping a rather large amount of brown rice down the insinkerator creating a massive gluggy blockage. Both visits the plumbers were friendly, professional. Whenever I use the services of Laser Plumbing they give me confidence they know exactly what they are doing. I never feel they are trying to rip me off. They always turn up within the timeframe specified and were kind and understanding of me doing something so totally stupid! Thank you once again. Josh and Jaycob did a fabulous job replacing the 38 year old water pipes throughout our house. They arrived at 7.30am along with their supervisor Jaycob who gave them a thorough briefing of the work that needed to be done and then they got underway. Josh and Jaycob worked until 6.30pm to ensure that our water supply was back on and working without any leaks or faults (and made sure that the work areas were clean and tidy) before they left the workplace. Jaycob also put us in touch with a very good local contractor who reinstated the Gib board lining and painted those areas for us. We thoroughly recommend Laser Plumbing.
