Over the last 5 years we have used 3 different plumbers for different jobs. Laser did the last job which was a major changing from gas to electric including the hot water cylinder. The were quick to visit to quote, which was within budget, the were able to perform the work within a week and even thought it poured with rain the guy continued installing the cylinder outside. They also arranged an electrician to do the work who was also to helpful he did some extra jobs for us and hus after service was great. When the sink leaked last week Laser was the first to come to my mind and they came when they said they would, fixed the problem as well as replacing a flexible pipe to fixed pipe. Great service and printing.

Laser Plumbing was helpful and friendly from the lady that answered the phone to our plumber Christian that came to do the job for us, Christian was on time, communication was good, he was a nice guy, and got the job done quickly, He definitely won the heart from our dog Bella, she watched him in the van and even cried till he left. 🥺😁

I had a leaking pipe in the ceiling that needed an urgent fix, and of all the plumbers I called, only Laser could come out same day. Christian arrived within a couple of hours, he was fabulous and quickly and professionally fixed the leak by replacing some old pipes. First class service from start to finish. Will definitely be using Laser Plumbing again.

Josh and Jaycob did a fabulous job replacing the 38 year old water pipes throughout our house. They arrived at 7.30am along with their supervisor Jaycob who gave them a thorough briefing of the work that needed to be done and then they got underway. Josh and Jaycob worked until 6.30pm to ensure that our water supply was back on and working without any leaks or faults (and made sure that the work areas were clean and tidy) before they left the workplace. Jaycob also put us in touch with a very good local contractor who reinstated the Gib board lining and painted those areas for us. We thoroughly recommend Laser Plumbing.

Laser Plumbing East Tamaki provided exceptional service by promptly coordinating both a plumber and an electrician to attend to the issue on the same day, which was a huge relief. Absolutely fabulous work. Josh was super friendly, able to explain everything clearly and got to the root of the problem quickly. We had a tricky problem with our drains and he did an excellent job to find the problem but also answer our questions. Definitely using Laser Plumbing next time we've got an issue!

My stupidity resulted in a broken watermains pipe. Called Laser Plumbing and they arrived within 30 mins which I was pleasantly surprised. Pipe was dug up, shut off and repaired quickly. Some handy recommendations given and we are back up and running. Brilliant service !!!

Excellent service from Laser Plumbing East Tamaki. I had no hot water due to a failed continuous flow water heater. No one else I called were able to help for several days, but Laser were able to take the job and complete the installation within 4 hours of my first phone call. Very impressed with their work to make this happen.

Have used this company 3 times in the last month. Kitchen and bathroom taps, installation of new gas hob, and replacement of gas instant hot water system. Excellent service from start to finish, great communication and customer service and the lads that came out to our home were lovely. Very happy with the first job, which was evidenced by us getting them out for jobs 2 and 3.

Great service. Made a booking through the website and they phoned back the same day to confirm day and time. Plumber (Johnathan) arrived at the stipulated time, very friendly and professional. Fixed the problem and left the area tidy. I’ll definitely use Laser Plumbing again.
