Laser Plumbing was helpful and friendly from the lady that answered the phone to our plumber Christian that came to do the job for us, Christian was on time, communication was good, he was a nice guy, and got the job done quickly, He definitely won the heart from our dog Bella, she watched him in the van and even cried till he left. 🥺😁

Have required an after hours emergency call out which was responded to within 35 minutes and was quickly repaired. As a result we also ordered a couple of changes to a Kitchen sink tap and a waist disposal unit. They arrived on time and did a very good job of changing the items leaving no mess and very helpful in the process. Both technicians were friendly and helpful. Would recommend their services.

I had a leaking pipe in the ceiling that needed an urgent fix, and of all the plumbers I called, only Laser could come out same day. Christian arrived within a couple of hours, he was fabulous and quickly and professionally fixed the leak by replacing some old pipes. First class service from start to finish. Will definitely be using Laser Plumbing again.

I had a leak overnight that dripped through my ceiling and into the fusebox. Laser Plumbing East Tamaki provided exceptional service by promptly coordinating both a plumber and an electrician to attend to the issue on the same day, which was a huge relief. The plumber fixed the leak efficiently, while the electrician handled the electrical issues with care. Both were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. The team installed a new water main from our meter to our house when a leak under the long concrete driveway would be costly to find and repair. Brad was excellent in communicating with us and taking us through our options. The work included the location of services, drilling under the driveway and the installation and connection of the new line. The work was completed on time and as promised. I'd be happy to use the team again.
