Jaycob and the team at Laser responded quickly to our failed hot water cylinder. Sent Liam round very quickly, he assessed the situation and organised a quote for replacement. Christian and Bryce came in the next day and installed the new cylinder. They did a wonderful job and the new system works perfectly. Highly recommend this company.

Laser Plumbing East Tamaki provided exceptional service by promptly coordinating both a plumber and an electrician to attend to the issue on the same day, which was a huge relief. The plumber fixed the leak efficiently, while the electrician handled the electrical issues with care. Both were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. Had a leaking connection to the Rheem Water Cylinder. Got fantastic service, Christian arrived on time, replaced the unit, all done in 10 mins! Wouldn't hesitate in recommending Laser Plumbing, they confirmed everything by email, faultless job & firm to deal with Photo 1 is before & Photo 2 after. Highly recommended Laser Plumbing East Tamaki, Thanks to Jonathan's rescue during the holiday season, his professionalism and experiences helped to isolate and pin point the fault when we all about to give up the source of the leak. ✌(Yes, thanks again Jonathan when you refuse to give up and gave the last gold finger test and found the leak which comes from toilet intake valve which is hidden from plain sight). 😎Long story short, professional workmanship down to details with removal of toilet to get to various hidden parts of plumbing to repair and reassembled back to its original working state. 5 * for the prompt, efficient, tidy and friendly service to unblock our insinkerator. Phone answered promptly and Karen arranged a suitable time and the plumber arrived as scheduled, fixed the problem and cleaned up any mess, kept me informed and was very courteous and professional.
