Even with it being so close to Xmas They were quick to organise someone to do the leak detection and then have a plumber come and do the repair. Liam explained the leak and repair and left the site clean and tidy. Thanks team, highly recommend.

I had a leaking pipe in the ceiling that needed an urgent fix, and of all the plumbers I called, only Laser could come out same day. Christian arrived within a couple of hours, he was fabulous and quickly and professionally fixed the leak by replacing some old pipes. First class service from start to finish. Will definitely be using Laser Plumbing again.

Nothing but exceptional service from this crew. Emails and phone calls always attended to quickly and it really is service with a smile (even when dealing with some unpleasant issues). They have helped us out with smaller issues as well as bigger drain blockage issues. A great team all around.

Highly recommended! Had a badly clogged sink and was fixed quicker than expected. Seamless process from inquiry to being called to rates info to scheduling to resolving the issue up until payment. They were professional and respectful of our place. Will definitely get them again if I experience another plumbing issue.

We used Laser Plumbing ET to do a replacement hot water cylinder and system, job completed with good planning and explaination on how the refit would work and what was to be done. Had a leaking connection to the Rheem Water Cylinder. Got fantastic service, Christian arrived on time, replaced the unit, all done in 10 mins! Wouldn't hesitate in recommending Laser Plumbing, they confirmed everything by email, faultless job & firm to deal with Photo 1 is before & Photo 2 after. Spoke to lovely Karen and managed to book Christian who was also able to come earlier, and fixed the cylinder valves and valve vent in 2 hours. I'll definitely be using their services from now on. Have used this company 3 times in the last month. Kitchen and bathroom taps, installation of new gas hob, and replacement of gas instant hot water system. Excellent service from start to finish, great communication and customer service and the lads that came out to our home were lovely. Very happy with the first job, which was evidenced by us getting them out for jobs 2 and 3.

Friendly service from the initial phonecall to request a repair to the plumber arriving on site. Job done in a timely fashion, area left clean and tidy and plumber took the time to explain the problem and the remedy. Very pleased.

My experience with Laser Plumber was second to none. I had been quoted over $2k to replace my cistern by another plumbing outfit who said the parts were no longer available. Jaycob sourced the parts, organized the install, and even organized the return of unused parts. The job ended up costing less the $300. Excellent service. The work was done same day. I requested for an unblock, and CCTV service and it was both transparently done. The two technicians were very friendly and helpful with my many questions. The cost is well worth it. I was able to take photos for my own record as well.

5 * for the prompt, efficient, tidy and friendly service to unblock our insinkerator. Phone answered promptly and Karen arranged a suitable time and the plumber arrived as scheduled, fixed the problem and cleaned up any mess, kept me informed and was very courteous and professional.

Absolutely fabulous work. Josh was super friendly, able to explain everything clearly and got to the root of the problem quickly. We had a tricky problem with our drains and he did an excellent job to find the problem but also answer our questions. Definitely using Laser Plumbing next time we've got an issue!
