Excellent service. The work was done same day. I requested for an unblock, and CCTV service and it was both transparently done. The two technicians were very friendly and helpful with my many questions. The cost is well worth it. I was able to take photos for my own record as well.

Bryce and the Laser Plumbing team are legends. I called them on a Sunday because a pipe burst and one of the bedrooms flooded. Bryce showed up super fast, explained everything so I knew what was going on, and got the problem sorted in no time. Couldn’t ask for better service!

Have required an after hours emergency call out which was responded to within 35 minutes and was quickly repaired. As a result we also ordered a couple of changes to a Kitchen sink tap and a waist disposal unit. They arrived on time and did a very good job of changing the items leaving no mess and very helpful in the process. Both technicians were friendly and helpful. Would recommend their services.

No one else I called were able to help for several days, but Laser were able to take the job and complete the installation within 4 hours of my first phone call. I had a leaking pipe in the ceiling that needed an urgent fix, and of all the plumbers I called, only Laser could come out same day. Christian arrived within a couple of hours, he was fabulous and quickly and professionally fixed the leak by replacing some old pipes. First class service from start to finish. Will definitely be using Laser Plumbing again.

My stupidity resulted in a broken watermains pipe. Called Laser Plumbing and they arrived within 30 mins which I was pleasantly surprised. Pipe was dug up, shut off and repaired quickly. Some handy recommendations given and we are back up and running. Brilliant service !!!
