Had a leaking connection to the Rheem Water Cylinder. Got fantastic service, Christian arrived on time, replaced the unit, all done in 10 mins! Wouldn't hesitate in recommending Laser Plumbing, they confirmed everything by email, faultless job & firm to deal with Photo 1 is before & Photo 2 after. Josh and Jaycob did a fabulous job replacing the 38 year old water pipes throughout our house. They arrived at 7.30am along with their supervisor Jaycob who gave them a thorough briefing of the work that needed to be done and then they got underway. Josh and Jaycob worked until 6.30pm to ensure that our water supply was back on and working without any leaks or faults (and made sure that the work areas were clean and tidy) before they left the workplace. Jaycob also put us in touch with a very good local contractor who reinstated the Gib board lining and painted those areas for us. We thoroughly recommend Laser Plumbing.

Bryce and the Laser Plumbing team are legends. I called them on a Sunday because a pipe burst and one of the bedrooms flooded. Bryce showed up super fast, explained everything so I knew what was going on, and got the problem sorted in no time. Couldn’t ask for better service!

Highly recommended Laser Plumbing East Tamaki, Thanks to Jonathan's rescue during the holiday season, his professionalism and experiences helped to isolate and pin point the fault when we all about to give up the source of the leak. ✌(Yes, thanks again Jonathan when you refuse to give up and gave the last gold finger test and found the leak which comes from toilet intake valve which is hidden from plain sight). 😎Long story short, professional workmanship down to details with removal of toilet to get to various hidden parts of plumbing to repair and reassembled back to its original working state. Absolutely fantastic service. Had trouble finding a plumber to come this morning but thank goodness for Laser Plumbing East Tamaki. Spoke to lovely Karen and managed to book Christian who was also able to come earlier, and fixed the cylinder valves and valve vent in 2 hours. I'll definitely be using their services from now on.
