Excellent service from Laser Plumbing East Tamaki. I had no hot water due to a failed continuous flow water heater. No one else I called were able to help for several days, but Laser were able to take the job and complete the installation within 4 hours of my first phone call. Very impressed with their work to make this happen.

I had a leak overnight that dripped through my ceiling and into the fusebox. Laser Plumbing East Tamaki provided exceptional service by promptly coordinating both a plumber and an electrician to attend to the issue on the same day, which was a huge relief. The plumber fixed the leak efficiently, while the electrician handled the electrical issues with care. Both were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. Absolutely fabulous work. Josh was super friendly, able to explain everything clearly and got to the root of the problem quickly. Have required an after hours emergency call out which was responded to within 35 minutes and was quickly repaired. As a result we also ordered a couple of changes to a Kitchen sink tap and a waist disposal unit. They arrived on time and did a very good job of changing the items leaving no mess and very helpful in the process. Both technicians were friendly and helpful. Would recommend their services.
