Laser Plumbing was helpful and friendly from the lady that answered the phone to our plumber Christian that came to do the job for us, Christian was on time, communication was good, he was a nice guy, and got the job done quickly, He definitely won the heart from our dog Bella, she watched him in the van and even cried till he left. 🥺😁

Jaycob and the team at Laser responded quickly to our failed hot water cylinder. Sent Liam round very quickly, he assessed the situation and organised a quote for replacement. Christian and Bryce came in the next day and installed the new cylinder. They did a wonderful job and the new system works perfectly. Highly recommend this company.

Have used this company 3 times in the last month. Kitchen and bathroom taps, installation of new gas hob, and replacement of gas instant hot water system. Excellent service from start to finish, great communication and customer service and the lads that came out to our home were lovely. Very happy with the first job, which was evidenced by us getting them out for jobs 2 and 3.

5 * for the prompt, efficient, tidy and friendly service to unblock our insinkerator. Phone answered promptly and Karen arranged a suitable time and the plumber arrived as scheduled, fixed the problem and cleaned up any mess, kept me informed and was very courteous and professional.

Have required an after hours emergency call out which was responded to within 35 minutes and was quickly repaired. As a result we also ordered a couple of changes to a Kitchen sink tap and a waist disposal unit. They arrived on time and did a very good job of changing the items leaving no mess and very helpful in the process. Both technicians were friendly and helpful. Would recommend their services.

When I burst a water mains line by mistake, Laser plumbing talked me through turning off the water supply.And came by the next day to fix it efficiently.

We recently had Laser Plumbing East Tamaki handle the water main connection work for our relocated water meter, and I’m really pleased with how it all went. Brad Wilson, Liam, and Aiden were fantastic to deal with—professional, thoughtful, and clearly knew their stuff. They understood the scale and risks involved and put together a solid plan. My experience with Laser Plumber was second to none. I had been quoted over $2k to replace my cistern by another plumbing outfit who said the parts were no longer available. Jaycob sourced the parts, organized the install, and even organized the return of unused parts. The job ended up costing less the $300. A few days ago, I experienced a water leak issue in my backyard, but I couldn't find the source. After being introduced to Laser Plumbing by a friend, I decided to give them a try. On the first day, their staff member Brad came to my house for an assessment. The next day, they sent a Leak Inspection Team to locate the source of the leak, which they identified very quickly. On the third day, another team arrived to carry out the repair work. The entire process was incredibly smooth and efficient. From detecting the leak to completing the repair, it all happened in a very short amount of time. Their service was extremely professional and impressively quick. I highly recommend Laser Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing services.

We had to call a plumber after 3am due to an urgent issue, and the service from Lazer Plumbing was excellent. They actually answered the phone straight away, confirmed the details by text, and arrived exactly at the time they said they would. The plumber came in, quickly identified the problem, and got straight to work with no delay.We had contacted a few other companies at that hour, but Lazer Plumbing was the only one who truly delivered on their 24/7 promise. My stupidity resulted in a broken watermains pipe. Called Laser Plumbing and they arrived within 30 mins which I was pleasantly surprised. Pipe was dug up, shut off and repaired quickly. Some handy recommendations given and we are back up and running. Brilliant service !!!
