My experience with Laser Plumber was second to none. I had been quoted over $2k to replace my cistern by another plumbing outfit who said the parts were no longer available. Jaycob sourced the parts, organized the install, and even organized the return of unused parts. The job ended up costing less the $300. My stupidity resulted in a broken watermains pipe. Called Laser Plumbing and they arrived within 30 mins which I was pleasantly surprised. Pipe was dug up, shut off and repaired quickly. Some handy recommendations given and we are back up and running. Brilliant service !!!

I had a leaking pipe in the ceiling that needed an urgent fix, and of all the plumbers I called, only Laser could come out same day. Christian arrived within a couple of hours, he was fabulous and quickly and professionally fixed the leak by replacing some old pipes. First class service from start to finish. Will definitely be using Laser Plumbing again.

I have been using Laser Plumbing East Tamaki for the last 4 years to look after the plumbing of 4 apartments in Parnell , The service I get is 100% , Karen is just brilliant and whenever I ring everything is just sorted ,she is an asset to the company , Brad and the guys know there stuff and jobs they have done are top quality , Highly Recommended !!

Absolutely fantastic service. Had trouble finding a plumber to come this morning but thank goodness for Laser Plumbing East Tamaki. Spoke to lovely Karen and managed to book Christian who was also able to come earlier, and fixed the cylinder valves and valve vent in 2 hours. I'll definitely be using their services from now on. Laser Plumbing recently solved a problem of a leak from our shower. There were a couple of unanticipated issues that were handled professionally by Jaycob and Russell who kept us well informed throughout. Communication was excellent (thanks Jaycob).
