My stupidity resulted in a broken watermains pipe. Called Laser Plumbing and they arrived within 30 mins which I was pleasantly surprised. Pipe was dug up, shut off and repaired quickly. Some handy recommendations given and we are back up and running. Brilliant service !!!

Absolutely fantastic service. Had trouble finding a plumber to come this morning but thank goodness for Laser Plumbing East Tamaki. Spoke to lovely Karen and managed to book Christian who was also able to come earlier, and fixed the cylinder valves and valve vent in 2 hours. I'll definitely be using their services from now on. Bryce and the Laser Plumbing team are legends. I called them on a Sunday because a pipe burst and one of the bedrooms flooded. Bryce showed up super fast, explained everything so I knew what was going on, and got the problem sorted in no time. Couldn’t ask for better service!

Highly recommended Laser Plumbing East Tamaki, Thanks to Jonathan's rescue during the holiday season, his professionalism and experiences helped to isolate and pin point the fault when we all about to give up the source of the leak. ✌(Yes, thanks again Jonathan when you refuse to give up and gave the last gold finger test and found the leak which comes from toilet intake valve which is hidden from plain sight). 😎Long story short, professional workmanship down to details with removal of toilet to get to various hidden parts of plumbing to repair and reassembled back to its original working state. Excellent service from Laser Plumbing East Tamaki. I had no hot water due to a failed continuous flow water heater. No one else I called were able to help for several days, but Laser were able to take the job and complete the installation within 4 hours of my first phone call. Very impressed with their work to make this happen.
