Jaycob and the team at Laser responded quickly to our failed hot water cylinder. Sent Liam round very quickly, he assessed the situation and organised a quote for replacement. Christian and Bryce came in the next day and installed the new cylinder. They did a wonderful job and the new system works perfectly. Highly recommend this company.

Absolutely fantastic service. Had trouble finding a plumber to come this morning but thank goodness for Laser Plumbing East Tamaki. Spoke to lovely Karen and managed to book Christian who was also able to come earlier, and fixed the cylinder valves and valve vent in 2 hours. I'll definitely be using their services from now on. He went the extra mile to help me make contact with an electrician with Laser Electrical. Very satisfied customer and shall use again and refer to my friends.

My toilet was dripping so I got a $800 quote to fix my toilet by Plumbquick , it was even suggested by them that I needed a new $1000 toilet and the toilet was only five years old! I was totally unhappy with this so I contacted Laser plumbing and Geoffery literally fixed the problem in 5 mins. I only needed a new washer and at a quarter of the price! I would use them again without a doubt!

Have required an after hours emergency call out which was responded to within 35 minutes and was quickly repaired. As a result we also ordered a couple of changes to a Kitchen sink tap and a waist disposal unit. They arrived on time and did a very good job of changing the items leaving no mess and very helpful in the process. Both technicians were friendly and helpful. Would recommend their services.

Had a leaking connection to the Rheem Water Cylinder. Got fantastic service, Christian arrived on time, replaced the unit, all done in 10 mins! Wouldn't hesitate in recommending Laser Plumbing, they confirmed everything by email, faultless job & firm to deal with Photo 1 is before & Photo 2 after. Laser Plumbing recently solved a problem of a leak from our shower. There were a couple of unanticipated issues that were handled professionally by Jaycob and Russell who kept us well informed throughout. Communication was excellent (thanks Jaycob). I had a leaking pipe in the ceiling that needed an urgent fix, and of all the plumbers I called, only Laser could come out same day.
