My toilet was dripping so I got a $800 quote to fix my toilet by Plumbquick , it was even suggested by them that I needed a new $1000 toilet and the toilet was only five years old! I was totally unhappy with this so I contacted Laser plumbing and Geoffery literally fixed the problem in 5 mins. I only needed a new washer and at a quarter of the price! I would use them again without a doubt!

Laser Plumbing always do an excellent job for us and provide exceptional customer service. I was kept informed all the way of what was happening with the installations, and they were always there when they said they would be. Jaycob was awesome to deal with, and nothing was too much trouble. A real pleasure to work with such a conscientious team.

Spoke to lovely Karen and managed to book Christian who was also able to come earlier, and fixed the cylinder valves and valve vent in 2 hours. I'll definitely be using their services from now on. 5 * for the prompt, efficient, tidy and friendly service to unblock our insinkerator. Phone answered promptly and Karen arranged a suitable time and the plumber arrived as scheduled, fixed the problem and cleaned up any mess, kept me informed and was very courteous and professional.

Brad and is team were fantastic all round, I turned up with a complex and short deadline job and they nailed it 100%. The communication and job planning was next level and the best I have ever had from a trade partner - whilst projects can be stressful they minimised this with regular updates and honest advice. Karen who took my booking over the phone was great she knew what I needed for the repair and was able to give me a quote. Our plumber was Josh T who did an awesome job and was very helpful and friendly. Great all round job.

My experience with Laser Plumber was second to none. I had been quoted over $2k to replace my cistern by another plumbing outfit who said the parts were no longer available. Jaycob sourced the parts, organized the install, and even organized the return of unused parts. The job ended up costing less the $300. Laser Plumbing was helpful and friendly from the lady that answered the phone to our plumber Christian that came to do the job for us, Christian was on time, communication was good, he was a nice guy, and got the job done quickly, He definitely won the heart from our dog Bella, she watched him in the van and even cried till he left. 🥺😁

Bryce and the Laser Plumbing team are legends. I called them on a Sunday because a pipe burst and one of the bedrooms flooded. Bryce showed up super fast, explained everything so I knew what was going on, and got the problem sorted in no time. Couldn’t ask for better service!

Have used this company 3 times in the last month. Kitchen and bathroom taps, installation of new gas hob, and replacement of gas instant hot water system. Excellent service from start to finish, great communication and customer service and the lads that came out to our home were lovely. My stupidity resulted in a broken watermains pipe. Called Laser Plumbing and they arrived within 30 mins which I was pleasantly surprised. Pipe was dug up, shut off and repaired quickly. Some handy recommendations given and we are back up and running. Brilliant service !!!
