This is great first time I have used Laser plumbing. I only had a minor job to be done but was very impressed with their service and promptness. Cost was very reasonable. Would certainly continue to use them in the future.

Extremely efficient service from my first phone call. Excellent service from Liam…so helpful to help me fix my problem with hot water cylinder. He went the extra mile to help me make contact with an electrician with Laser Electrical. Very satisfied customer and shall use again and refer to my friends.

We used Laser Plumbing ET to do a replacement hot water cylinder and system, job completed with good planning and explaination on how the refit would work and what was to be done. Laser Plumbing always do an excellent job for us and provide exceptional customer service. I was kept informed all the way of what was happening with the installations, and they were always there when they said they would be. Jaycob was awesome to deal with, and nothing was too much trouble. A real pleasure to work with such a conscientious team.

We were recommended to use Lazer Plumbing by our handyman for an urgent job. They responded quickly and was able to send a great plumber on the same day. The plumber fixed the problem and found another fault while testing the whole system to check for other issues. Outstanding service all round.

Laser Plumbing recently solved a problem of a leak from our shower. There were a couple of unanticipated issues that were handled professionally by Jaycob and Russell who kept us well informed throughout. Communication was excellent (thanks Jaycob). No hesitation in contacting Laser Plumbing again if service required - great service!

My stupidity resulted in a broken watermains pipe. Called Laser Plumbing and they arrived within 30 mins which I was pleasantly surprised. Pipe was dug up, shut off and repaired quickly. Some handy recommendations given and we are back up and running. Brilliant service !!!

Absolutely fantastic service. Had trouble finding a plumber to come this morning but thank goodness for Laser Plumbing East Tamaki. Spoke to lovely Karen and managed to book Christian who was also able to come earlier, and fixed the cylinder valves and valve vent in 2 hours. I'll definitely be using their services from now on. Had a leaking connection to the Rheem Water Cylinder. Got fantastic service, Christian arrived on time, replaced the unit, all done in 10 mins! Wouldn't hesitate in recommending Laser Plumbing, they confirmed everything by email, faultless job & firm to deal with Photo 1 is before & Photo 2 after. Bryce and the Laser Plumbing team are legends. I called them on a Sunday because a pipe burst and one of the bedrooms flooded. Bryce showed up super fast, explained everything so I knew what was going on, and got the problem sorted in no time. Couldn’t ask for better service!

A very positive experience. When I had some plumbing issues fixed, I experienced some new plumbing problems. The company fit me in at short notice, sent someone to check that everything was working correctly and did not charge me any extra.They went the extra mile for me and I greatly appreciated it.

Brad and is team were fantastic all round, I turned up with a complex and short deadline job and they nailed it 100%. The communication and job planning was next level and the best I have ever had from a trade partner - whilst projects can be stressful they minimised this with regular updates and honest advice. Even with it being so close to Xmas They were quick to organise someone to do the leak detection and then have a plumber come and do the repair. Liam explained the leak and repair and left the site clean and tidy. Thanks team, highly recommend.
