Excellent service from Laser Plumbing East Tamaki. I had no hot water due to a failed continuous flow water heater. No one else I called were able to help for several days, but Laser were able to take the job and complete the installation within 4 hours of my first phone call. Very impressed with their work to make this happen.

Absolutely fantastic service. Had trouble finding a plumber to come this morning but thank goodness for Laser Plumbing East Tamaki. Spoke to lovely Karen and managed to book Christian who was also able to come earlier, and fixed the cylinder valves and valve vent in 2 hours. I'll definitely be using their services from now on. My experience with Laser Plumber was second to none. I had been quoted over $2k to replace my cistern by another plumbing outfit who said the parts were no longer available. Jaycob sourced the parts, organized the install, and even organized the return of unused parts. The job ended up costing less the $300. Bryce and the Laser Plumbing team are legends. I called them on a Sunday because a pipe burst and one of the bedrooms flooded. Bryce showed up super fast, explained everything so I knew what was going on, and got the problem sorted in no time. Couldn’t ask for better service!

Even with it being so close to Xmas They were quick to organise someone to do the leak detection and then have a plumber come and do the repair. Liam explained the leak and repair and left the site clean and tidy. Thanks team, highly recommend.

Jaycob and the team at Laser responded quickly to our failed hot water cylinder. Sent Liam round very quickly, he assessed the situation and organised a quote for replacement. Christian and Bryce came in the next day and installed the new cylinder. They did a wonderful job and the new system works perfectly. Highly recommend this company.

Laser Plumbing recently solved a problem of a leak from our shower. There were a couple of unanticipated issues that were handled professionally by Jaycob and Russell who kept us well informed throughout. Communication was excellent (thanks Jaycob). No hesitation in contacting Laser Plumbing again if service required - great service!

My stupidity resulted in a broken watermains pipe. Called Laser Plumbing and they arrived within 30 mins which I was pleasantly surprised. Pipe was dug up, shut off and repaired quickly. Some handy recommendations given and we are back up and running. Brilliant service !!!

We were recommended to use Lazer Plumbing by our handyman for an urgent job. They responded quickly and was able to send a great plumber on the same day. The plumber fixed the problem and found another fault while testing the whole system to check for other issues. Outstanding service all round.

Laser Plumbing was helpful and friendly from the lady that answered the phone to our plumber Christian that came to do the job for us, Christian was on time, communication was good, he was a nice guy, and got the job done quickly, He definitely won the heart from our dog Bella, she watched him in the van and even cried till he left. 🥺😁

Karen who took my booking over the phone was great she knew what I needed for the repair and was able to give me a quote. Our plumber was Josh T who did an awesome job and was very helpful and friendly. Great all round job.

I had a leaking pipe in the ceiling that needed an urgent fix, and of all the plumbers I called, only Laser could come out same day. Christian arrived within a couple of hours, he was fabulous and quickly and professionally fixed the leak by replacing some old pipes. First class service from start to finish. 5 * for the prompt, efficient, tidy and friendly service to unblock our insinkerator. Phone answered promptly and Karen arranged a suitable time and the plumber arrived as scheduled, fixed the problem and cleaned up any mess, kept me informed and was very courteous and professional.

Have used this company 3 times in the last month. Kitchen and bathroom taps, installation of new gas hob, and replacement of gas instant hot water system. Excellent service from start to finish, great communication and customer service and the lads that came out to our home were lovely. Very happy with the first job, which was evidenced by us getting them out for jobs 2 and 3.
